| In his sixth year with the same owner, Errol has come up through the ranks from mate to captain, having captained three of his owners yachts. An active water baby, Errol was born in New Zealand in the late sixties to a family of commercial divers and sailors. As an accomplished sportsman, Errol has pursued his sporting activities through a career on the water. |
First Mate:Shaun Harington

Born in South Africa in the late sixties Shaun has over five years experience of yachting with the big boats. Combining his skills of sailing with his skills previously attained in the service industry, Shaun is both organized and courteous when dealing with guests out door requests. |
Engineer:David Thomson

An Australian with a gentle nature sometimes mistaken to be a middle class English gentleman. Born mid sixties David moved from his country home in southern New South Wales to complete his apprenticeship in diesel mechanics in Sydney. Having lived on the water for over ten years, with over 5 years experience with the same owner, Davids knowledge of The Day Breaks heart is second to none. |
Chef:Janine Lee

Nino as all affectionately know her, possesses skills with the knife and skillet any connoisseur would drool over. Born in Australia in the late sixties, Nino showed a flare for the culinary arts from an early age & complimented her love of cooking with a degree in Food Science from Melbourne University. Ninos accomplishments include managing fine dinning restaurants and teaching English in the jungles of Ecuador. Having been in this organization for 4 years we all feel a little spoilt when it comes time to eat. |
Deckhand/Second Engineer:Andre Janse Van Rensburg

| Andre departed South Africa with a dream in his heart and abounding determination to use his talents and experiences to work on a luxury yacht. Following in his brothers footsteps, he was asked to come onboard and take the position as deckhand since his brother was departing the vessel. Andre has now completed one full season and looks forward to serving you onboard M/Y Daybreak. |
Deckhand/fishing captain:Peter Patton

Peter, the longest serving member of the crew at 9 years has wowed us with his fishing and free diving abilities. Born in the early sixties in the Exuma Keys in the Bahamas, Peter grew up fishing with his uncles and spent most of his time under water. Now a father of four his dedication to a well-balanced lifestyle is an achievement & credit to him. Previously a Marine in the Bahamas Defense Force, Peters boat handling experience and gentle nature is a true asset. |
Chief Stewardess:Sarah Myers

Born in Australia in the mid sixties. With over 4 years experience as Chief Stewardess Sarahs attention to her guests is second to none. She has served in some of the finest dining establishments in both Melbourne and London. Sarahs charming personality is a breath of fresh air where ever she goes. |
Stewardess:Deanne Gordon

Deanne is the most recent addition to M/Y Daybreak. She brings an abundance of enthusiasm and a friendly persona. Always smiling, she looks forward to anticipating guests needs and ensuring everyone onboard experiences the holiday of a lifetime. Deanne studied consumer science in college and has also obtained certifications from the Cape Wine Academy and the South African Safety Academy making her a fabulous addition to the already professional crew onboard Daybreak. |
